What I believe
Distribution beats product. Then product beats everything.
You can build the best protocol in the world and nobody uses it. Distribution is the first moat. But once you have attention, the product has to deliver.
Infrastructure wins. Every time.
Every cycle has its hype. But the companies that survive and compound are the ones building the rails. Payments infrastructure, settlement layers, data pipelines. We back the picks and shovels, not the gold rush.
Operators make better investors.
I've shipped products, managed teams, run staking operations, and dealt with the reality of building from zero. When a founder tells me something is hard, I know what kind of hard they mean. We don't write checks from the sidelines.
AI and crypto are converging. Fast.
AI agents need payments. They need identity. They need permissionless infrastructure. Crypto provides all three. KYC for agents, autonomous wallets, machine-to-machine payments. This is where we're focused.
Stablecoins are the trojan horse.
300+ stablecoins exist today. Every one that broke into the top 15 had existing distribution. The opportunity isn't in launching another one. It's in building the interoperability and payments layer on top.

The short version
I'm Alex Radu -- a builder, investor, and operator based between Bucharest and Dubai. I spend my time founding companies, backing founders, and thinking about how technology reshapes finance and infrastructure.
As Managing Partner at Acc Ventures, I lead early-stage investments in payments, AI infrastructure, and Web3 protocols. Through Astrarizon, I build and scale technology companies from the ground up.
I started Pulsar Money to prove that programmable payments could work on-chain -- and it did, serving thousands of users on MultiversX. Today I spend most of my energy on the next generation of infrastructure.
